I know the briefcase instructions were here in the forums at some point, are the instructions for the weapon mission here somewhere? Or does anyone have them noted?

there are no instructions... pay 50mil in new york level 100... pay 2.5k points in texas level 110... pay 120k item tokens in utah level 135... then you get the pulse rifle

-.- well there is nothing tricky about the mission unlike the first mission when you had to equip a candy and take out 1mil for a link to appear
