bribing cops?

we get immunity from cops for a certain amount of time which inevitably makes crimes easier knowing the cops wont come after you
values
$5k = 2 crimes immunity
$10k = 4 crimes imunity and so one
maybe higher prices since this game is based more on a different value of money than some other games


and maybe if you do it too much they wont take your money or cheat you out of it and stuff

this really isn't needed into da game, but good its a good idea.
